Roles/Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Shoring or Groundworks sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Shoring or Groundworks sales or related field.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong technical background and knowledge of Shoring/Groundworks.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel nationally as required.
Benefits
* Basic salary £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
* Company car or car allowance.
* Commission based on revenue with base and stretch targets.
* Expected total take-home pay of £100,000 – £150,000 per annum.

Role Specifics
* Field sales position selling hire and sale of ground shoring products, including trench boxes, manhole boxes, braces, pipe lifters, struts & walers, trench lining, and tube shoring products.
* Opportunity to sell formwork and falsework.
* Selling into groundworkers.
* Inherited turnover of just under £800,000.
* Responsible for growing the area; revenue generation expected after initial months.
* Project sizes vary from £1,000 to over £6,000 weekly.
* Visiting construction sites approximately 4 days per week with about 4 customer visits daily.
* Utilizing a team of qualified engineers for technical support.
Candidate Profile
Preferably with ground shoring, temporary works, or civil engineering field sales experience. Knowledge of formwork and falsework can be beneficial. Open to technical backgrounds seeking their first field sales role or experienced sales professionals in the construction or civil engineering sectors. Proven territory management skills and contacts within groundworkers are advantageous. Construction site experience is preferred. Specific product knowledge is not essential.
