Key Duties
1. Manage a 4-day working week with 1 in 4 weekends off
2. Ensure no Out Of Hours (OOH) work
3. Conduct 15-minute appointments
4. Responsible for onboarding new staff members
5. Chair regular branch meetings
6. Conduct staff appraisals
Package and Benefits
* Salary range of £50,000-£58,000

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
