What would we like from our Retail Assistant?
Customer Service experience - This is our most important requirement. Our attitude towards customer service can vary greatly from other places. We require a professional approach with personal care towards our customers. The use of customers' names and a certain amount of communication (when possible) is expected from team members to provide mental breaks for our customers.
We are looking for energetic and talkative individuals with strong communication skills.
Multitasking - you need to perform work tasks while paying attention to customers. Ignoring customers or neglecting tasks for the sake of the other will not work.
Good organizational skills.
Reliability and ability to work well within our team.
Dealing with customers.
