Head of Sales – Consumer Electronics (Home Appliances)
A leading home appliance brand is seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager/Head of Sales based in Guildford to drive expansion across retailers, DIY chains and etailers. With a strong reputation for high-quality products and significant investment in product development, the company has seen rapid growth, reaching over £50m in sales in 2024, with European markets showing the fastest increase.
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Head of Sales [retail accounts] to strengthen our client's retail distribution and accelerate sales growth. Experience with JLP, Argos, Curry's is advantageous, ideally within a premium brand.

Role & Responsibilities
* Managing key retail relationships such as JLP, Argos, Currys.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers to expand brand presence.
* Work closely with the product development team to align future innovations with sales channels.
* Leverage marketplaces strategically to support growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in developing retail relationships within the consumer electronics/ SDA categories.
* Experience working with a 'premium' brand and building sales on data/merit as opposed to discounts and giving away high margins.
* Experience of developing and managing retailer relationships in the UK
* Self-starter with strong motivation and leadership qualities.
* Team-oriented and able to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
* Commutable to Guildford 3 days a week [the company will pay for overnight accommodation if needed].
Package & Benefits
Basic salary £75 000 - £83 000 plus bonus.
