We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to provide sickness cover throughout April at a welcoming and modern GP practice located near Driffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team in a well-equipped practice, with flexibility to suit your availability.

The Practice:
This is a modern, well-run surgery with excellent facilities and a genuinely supportive team. We have previously worked closely with the practice and have visited in person, so can confidently vouch for the positive working environment.
Duties Include:
General Practice Nurse responsibilities
Chronic disease management
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound care and dressings
Health promotion and screening
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC)
Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse
Proficient with EMIS Web
