Job Description:
The Head of On-Demand Delivery Partnerships & Strategic Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing and scaling our on-demand delivery (ODD) platform partnerships, including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Snappy Shopper.
You will develop and execute a robust external growth strategy while seamlessly integrating ODD opportunities into our internal cross-functional teams. The primary focus is to drive double-digit growth across all platforms, enhance the shopper experience and optimize the full ecosystem, end to end, with a customer-centric approach.

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Partnership Management & Growth Strategy
o Develop and implement a comprehensive external growth strategy for ODD platform partnerships.
o Manage relationships with Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Snappy Shopper, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Drive initiatives to increase platform share, optimize impulse purchase opportunities, and achieve double-digit growth targets.
* Operationalization & Cross-Functional Integration
o Lead the integration of ODD business opportunities into internal teams, including offline customer engagement, store operations and digital marketing.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to the customer journey, with a focus on perfect store principles and availability.
o Drive operational excellence through content management, titles, and technical execution of ODD initiatives.
* Content & Technical Execution
o Oversee the technical setup and content strategy for ODD platforms, including menu management, product listings, and promotional content.
o Utilize technical skills to optimize platform performance, content relevance, and customer engagement.
* Change Management & Organisational Agility
o Lead change management initiatives to foster organisational agility and adaptability.
o Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
