We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor to join our team on a major infrastructure project. This is a site-based role with a leading contractor, focused on maintaining high safety standards across all phases of construction. This role is based in the Durham area and is

Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and maintain a safe and productive work environment
2. Support the HSE Lead with oversight across multiple work fronts (ISBL and OSBL)
3. Advise project teams on HSE procedures, CDM regulations, and compliance with UK legislation
4. Deliver project inductions and HSE training sessions
5. Participate in project HSE meetings and contribute to strategic planning
6. Conduct site inspections, audits, contractor reviews, and incident investigations
