Join Our Team as a Guest Services Team Leader!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a Guest Services Team Leader to join our fantastic Rapport team of 2 Ambassadors, located in our client’s office near Green Park. As the face of the workplace, our reception team plays a vital role in crafting a welcoming environment. You’ll be based in the London office of a global financial firm, where exceptional service and professionalism are at the heart of daily operations.


Contract Details

* Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)

Your Key Responsibilities

* Lead by example and support the day-to-day running of the reception.
* Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are client-ready.
* Oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support.
* Operate the main switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
* Liaise with catering and office teams to ensure seamless service.
