Job Title: Project Support Officer – SEND Transformation Programme
Location: Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2EJ Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Support Officer to support the delivery of our SEND Transformation Programme. You will help ensure the smooth running of programme activities, support project teams, and contribute to meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports.
* Coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder events.
* Take accurate minutes and follow up on actions.
* Track project milestones, risks, and actions to ensure progress.
* Analyse and present data to support decision‑making.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Manage workload independently and take initiative where needed.
Requirements
* Experience in project or programme support, ideally within SEND or related services.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Data‑savvy with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
