Salary is dependant on experience and following.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a caseload of real estate transactions, working with high-profile clients.
2. Demonstrate an excellent track record in all areas of Commercial Property law, including development, investment, regeneration, and general commercial property matters.
3. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and develop new business opportunities.
4. Support and supervise junior team members and contribute to team growth.
Candidate Profile:
1. Already a Partner or Senior Commercial Property Associate with a following, frustrated by current firm’s direction or lack of progression.
2. Experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law, with a focus on development, investment, and regeneration.
3. Strong network of contacts and excellent communication skills.
4. Motivational leader capable of supporting team members.
