Estimator - Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)

We are currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Infrastructure company based in the South West.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 35 years' experience as an estimator within the building services or M&E sector
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Proven experience preparing and submitting accurate project tenders and cost plans
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* HNC/HND or degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
* Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
