The Role
You’ll join a collaborative team of 10 Service Desk professionals delivering high‑quality support across approximately #removed# tickets per week. No two days are the same, and your contribution will have a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing high‑quality support across a diverse customer base
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Office 365 (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint)
* Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory
* Supporting Microsoft Office applications
* Assisting with file server management
* Ensuring outstanding customer service with every interaction
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 18 months experience in a Service Desk or 1st Line Support role
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
* Solid knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
* Experience supporting MS Office apps and managing file servers
* A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing your technical career
* Certifications and additional experience will support a higher‑end salary offer
