Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. This person will manage key client engagements, oversee technical support, and contribute directly to product development initiatives. The role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in technical solution delivery, software support, integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities
* You will own the full client engagement cycle, from lead qualification to closing: develop proposals, technical documentation, and client‑specific solution materials.
* You will deliver consultative virtual and onsite product demonstrations that communicate value clearly & strengthen the sales pipeline through proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
* You will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with product capabilities & serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.
* You will troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide structured, well‑documented solutions & conduct end‑to‑end system configuration and onboarding setup for new clients.
* You will provide technical guidance during implementation, rollout, and ongoing client adoption & mentor junior team members on support processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
* You will execute integration projects involving APIs, third‑party systems, and hardware devices: integrate biometric devices (ZKTeco, HikVision, and others) with attendance workflows.
* You will contribute to feature development and enhancements on React Native mobile applications (Android & iOS).
* You will support maintenance, upgrades, and module improvements on the Community platform (Python backend Vue frontend).
* You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive efficient development cycles.
Success Criteria
* Manages client relationships with confidence and delivers high‑quality engagements.
* Resolves technical issues promptly, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
* Executes integrations and technical tasks with strong attention to efficiency and detail.
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
o 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within SaaS, technology solutions, or software integration environments & strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
o Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
o Basic database operations (SQL or NoSQL).
o Technical proficiency and working knowledge of: PHP (Laravel) – added advantage; Python (backend services), JavaScript/TypeScript; Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks; React Native (mobile development); REST APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for clients.
o Solid project management skills, with strong ownership of deliverables and timelines.
o High level of professionalism, initiative, and service orientation.
o Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team and organizational goals.
o Demonstrated leadership experience working with interns or junior team members.
