🔍 About the Role
The successful consultant will lead the development of the training strategy for the new policy framework and play a key role in shaping communication and change‑management initiatives to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
đź§© Key Responsibilities
Training Development
* Create a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to the new policy and process framework.
* Develop engaging training materials, including e‑learning modules, workshops, and interactive content.
Communication Strategy
* Support the creation and rollout of a communication plan to introduce the new framework across the organisation.
* Produce clear, compelling messaging to drive understanding and adoption.
Change Management
* Contribute to change‑management efforts by identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions.
* Collaborate closely with global compliance, communication, and training teams to ensure alignment.
🎓 Experience & Skills Required
* Strong background in training development and change‑management initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
* Solid understanding of international healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., EFPIA, ABPI, IFPMA).
* Proven ability to design impactful, innovative training programmes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
* Project‑management experience with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
* Familiarity with e‑learning tools and platforms.
