Support Worker - Occasional hours (Bank)
St Teresa’s provides personalised support for up to 27 disabled adults.
*A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Care Assistant, Support Worker or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone!
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team. Every day is different, but here are some of the duties you will perform:
* Assist with daily life tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
* Escort and assist clients in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
* Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our clients and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
