We're currently recruiting for a Programme Delivery Lead to take forward our Water Transformation initiatives with in driving a step change in key areas:
affordability

enhancing customer experience, improving asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
. Inheriting a series of projects within your portfolio, you will be leading our programmes working closely on process mapping, systems and leading the effective and efficient delivery of the programme through a best-practice programme management framework. Highly confident in cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders across the business and supply chain, you will be preparing and presenting updates to Steering Groups, Programme Review Boards, and senior leadership board members.
Being a confident leader with passion to be creative, you will be a creative learner passionate in achieving the benefits and outcome by taking ownership in a highly collaborative network of internal stakeholders. Your approach to agile methodologies, being curious and ready to explore innovative solutions, your role will be key in bringing the standards of our work to be industry leading to ensure outputs/ outcomes are delivered on time, to quality and to budget necessitating effective stakeholder and risk / issue management.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Proven experience in programme management within complex, infrastructure-heavy environments.
* Strong leadership skills, especially within matrix structures.
* Strategic thinking with commercial and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with digital products and how they can drive transformation.
* Understanding of regulated utility environments—water industry knowledge is a big plus.
Experience in Water Network Operations and product ownership or management is desirable however your appreciation and interest towards our commitment and turnaround plans is what we need in bringing you onboard to deliver our valuable initiatives
