As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organized and equipped to handle various tasks, including optical administration such as NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The goal is to provide excellent administrative support to ensure the store’s success.
