Machine Operator
Location: High Wycombe
Shift: Rotating weekly shifts
Hours: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm (37.5 hours)
The successful Production Operator will have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation.
This is a varied and challenging position for the successful candidate, which will draw from a broad range of skills including problem solving, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Production Operator:
* Re labelling and repackaging of products.
* Inspects parts to assure conformance to specifications
* Check product produced by machine for quality.
* Troubleshoot basic machine problems and quality issues.
* Prepare all materials that are to be loaded into the machine.
* Splicing, bonding small parts together
* Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited.
* Keep work area clean and free from debris.
* Clean machine and work area at the end of each shift.

The ideal Production Operator:
* Experience within a production or manufacturing environment is essential
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and skills
* The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
* Good communications skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent attention to detail
