Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a high-volume Taco Bell Drive-Thru unit, leading the management team day to day
* Create a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move
* Run the unit’s operations, overseeing brand and food standards, food safety, service, people and performance
* Ensure the brand delivers on its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations
* Work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within the restaurant
* Build great teams, manage standards and results, and grow your leadership career with our support
What we’re looking for
* Management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast-paced environment
* Experience in leading, coaching and developing managers and supervisors
* Pride in delivering great food, great service and high standards
* Ability to manage performance, compliance and commercial results
* Aspiring to progress further in management
