The Role:
As Lead Retail Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our retail team, helping the store run smoothly, mentoring staff, and delivering top-notch service to our guests. You'll also get a hands-on role in merchandising, inventory, and daily operations—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor-inspired environment.
What You'll Do:
* Lead, train, and support retail staff; step in as acting Retail Manager when needed
* Keep merchandise organized, stocked, and looking great
* Share your knowledge of local and regional products with guests
* Operate POS systems, process sales, and assist with end-of-shift reporting
* Ensure operational standards and company policies are followed
* Foster a fun, team-oriented atmosphere for staff and guests
* Pitch in on store displays, inventory audits, and other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent (college or experience a plus)
* 2+ years retail experience; leadership/supervisory experience preferred
* Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
* Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and handling physical tasks
* Experience with POS systems a plus (we'll train)
