Position Summary Why join our team? This role sits in the Strategic Business Partnering Team as part of the wider People Team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the SEUK People strategy, reporting to the Head of Strategic Business Partnering. We are a team of highly experienced Strategic Business Partners partnering with commercial and highly transformational business area(s) within the Company in SEUK and Europe Office (EO). Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering – Organisation Design, Account Management andLeadership Coaching Understands and articulates the Business Strategy, Culture and Challenges Leads Organisation Design in practice and partners with respective business area to make a positive difference to commercial results Know the People, the Organization Structure, Job Architecture and Contract Types In conjunction with VP/Head of Division know where the organization is effective and if not how to optimize Workforce Planning – current and future state, org structure and transient incoming and outgoing workforce, and contract types. Undertake organisational change and restructuring projects as the business need arises. To liaise with all levels within the business area from VP, Director and Manager level. To collaborate and partner closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs). Talent Ambassador – Talent Pipeline, Development and Succession Planning. Knows the HiPo community and how to nurture and develop all Talent. Active in the interview and selection of key hires. Coach, guide and moral compass to senior leaders on all people issues, organizational health, employee engagement and wellbeing. Present key People TCQ metrics and data to demonstrate organizational progress for example HC, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and ER Landscape. Lead and direct the delivery of the relevant people strategies in line with the business strategy, including standards and frameworks across all HR disciplines (organisation design and resource planning, organisation development / culture, learning and development, employee relations, talent management and succession, performance management, recruitment, reward and recognition and policy). Identify and drive appropriate leadership development activities, including team development initiatives. Manage advanced ER Cases and support to mediate conflict resolution. Able to demonstrate strong HR Business Partner experience in a fast paced and highly commercial business Experience of working in an Ulrich model with COE’s Strong and relevant experience of Talent Management Experience of working in an ambiguous and fluid culture, working at pace with challenging deadlines and shifting priorities Experience of working within other Korean or Japanese cultures advantageous.
