Hays HR is delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a growing organisation located 15 minutes from Darlington straight down the A1, for a Group HR Advisor to join thepany in a permanent position, reporting into the Managing Director.
This is a good opportunity for an HR Advisor looking to work in a standalone position overseeing the day-to-day operations of HR, while supporting the directors across the multiple sites.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations within the HR function
2. Supporting with the onboarding and induction process
3. Implementing Policies and procedures across the organisation from a group perspective (TUPE IN)
4. Monitoring absence management
5. Providing support and guidance to line managers across the organisation
6. Manage employee relations case management, providing advice and guidance to managers in carrying out disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability issues
7. Payroll
What you'll need to succeed
8. Strong employment legalisation knowledge
9. Goodmunication
10. Experience in an HR environment previously
11. Experience working in a fast-paced industry
12. CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification
13. Knowledge of best practice in HR
14. Experience in operating HR & Payroll systems
15. Enthusiastic and engaging HR professional
