Join a world-leading premium drinks company and start your journey in Diageo's three-year Operations Graduate Programme. You will rotate through different production, brewing and distilling environments, gaining hands-on experience and tailored learning across the UK and Ireland.
What to Expect
This is a site-based programme with rotations through our manufacturing operations. Year-by-year rotations provide exposure to process improvement, production operations, and people management with a focus on delivering high-quality products and improving efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Year 1 – Introduction & Immersion: rotate through roles focused on continuous improvement (e.g., Process Improvement Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Governance Improvement Lead) to understand operations and drive enhancements.
* Year 2 – Deep Dive into Production: gain category-specific experience and develop problem solving and coaching skills; rotations may include Deployment Manager, Digital Manufacturing Lead, Site Governance Specialist.
* Year 3 – People Management Focus: manage teams against business goals; roles may include Business Leader, Packaging Team Leader, Site Operations Manager.

Qualifications
We are interested in graduates with degrees in Operations Management, Business-related fields, STEM (including Engineering), Brewing & Distilling, and related areas. We expect to graduate in 2026 or have graduated within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English is required, and willingness to relocate geographically during the programme for opportunities across Europe.
