What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Manager who can lead by example and drive excellence within our practice.
Skills and Experience required:
* A minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar management role
* Evidence of post graduate studies or a management qualification
* Strong business, financial and strategic acumen.
* Experience in a private dental practice or similar health care- setup
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team
* Strong understanding and abilities in performance management, sales, lead generation, handling appraisals, compliance and recruitment areas of running a business.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Great analytical skills
* Strong understanding of sales and performance management
* Strong understanding of KPIs and how these can be used to monitor and manage the practice.

* Salary: £40K +/- annual performance related bonus
