Duties and Responsibilities:
5. Daily Cash and Bank Reconciliation including transactional posting and administration
6. Inter-company account reconciliation
7. Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
8. Prepare for annual external Audit and answering Auditor queries in a timely manner
9. Supporting the team with improving finance reports and processes
10. Weekly payroll and credit card expense analysis
11. Head office cost control analysis
12. Ad-hoc duties assisting finance team as required
13. Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake
Person Specification:
14. Currently Studying/Looking to Study AAT
15. GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent) at a minimum of grade 5
16. Previous experience in a financial role/study preferred
17. Confident in using Excel
18. Confident in building strong relationships
19. A professional approach, good communication skills and being highly motivated, ambitious and keen to learn
20. An enthusiasm for business and finance
21. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
22. Diligent and comfortable and experienced in working to meet deadlines
