Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative / Business Development position, based in Norwich. ( Please note this role has a start date of May Due to a retirement ) The individual in this role will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing inbound sales inquiries, performing outbound sales activities, developing client relationships, and supporting the sales team.
Requirements
Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis.
Maintain and develop new business opportunities with the UK and Worldwide.
Book face-to-face meetings with customers.
Supporting the relevant internal sales representative by developing and maintaining relationships with personnel at all levels.
Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.
Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.
Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
Must be flexible within the role and willing to assist with others within the buisness.
Previous fastener sales/knowledge preferred but not essential
Full Driving License.
Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
Highly organised, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to work hard.
Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.
Legal right to work in the UK with a valid passport.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
