– Stockport – Permanent – up to £38K DOE
This well-established company, specialising in care and education for children and young people and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their small and dynamic team.
Duties include:
– Advising and supporting managers with complex employee relation cases ensuring theses are resolved in a timely manner
– Support with recruitment and onboarding ensuring all safer recruitment checks are completed
– Completing audits on employee files
– Writing letters and documentation to record meetings
– Play an active part in the development of the HR team, sharing ideas with the Senior Management team
– Strictly following polices and procedures in live with government legislations
– Oversee all conduct and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR background, excellent strategic management skills, and strong literacy skills. This is an office-based role, with hybrid work on Fridays.
