We are currently advertising on behalf of a Car dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Cardiff area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Starting salary around £27,300 per annum, pending experience and brand accreditations.
Uncapped monthly bonus potential providing an OTE of £33-34,000 per annum,
Any overtime paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:30pm/8:00am-5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half.Requirements:
A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £27,300 with OTE of circa £33-34,000.
