GSL Education is seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in Colchester schools. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience before pursuing teacher training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Work one-to-one with students who require additional academic support
• Help plan and deliver intervention sessions
• Provide feedback on student progress
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
We’re Looking For:
• A degree in any subject (education-related preferred)
• A genuine interest in teaching and supporting young learners
• Proactive and enthusiastic mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
