We are looking for applicants who would enjoy the autonomy of leading and developing a team of nurses and also unregistered care support workers.

Main duties of the job
You will work collaboratively with the Lead Nurse to ensure efficient day to day operational management of the CTCCU. They will be visible, easily identifiable. The post holder will be accessible to patients, relatives and all staff working within the clinical area and provide excellent clinical leadership skills. They will take responsibility for the strategic leadership of a clinical team and will promote and demonstrate contemporary and proactive approaches to intensive care nursing practice.
