Arborist/climber required for Landscape team. This is a great opportunity for you to further your career in the Landscape team at CORMAC.
You will deliver practical arboricultural operations within the business remit of Cormac Solutions Ltd, including Cornwall Council owned property, property managed by Cormac, plus work undertaken for external clients.
Duties will include:
1. Undertake tree climbing operations and felling works;
2. Attend daily to trees which may affect people, for example trees that may be overhanging or posing a threat to pavements, gardens, walkways and roads.
3. Prune trees to various standards and descriptions crown reduction, crown thinning, crown lifting to percentage and distance.
4. Felling of trees of various sizes using a range of assisted felling techniques such as winch, rope, wedges and levers.
5. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation relating to the task being undertaken.

About you
We are looking for you to bring:
6. Must have NPTC Chainsaw, climbing & aerial rescue along with industry experience.
7. Must have UK Driving Licence.
8. Team player with good communication skills.
