Responsibilities
 * Shape: Shape a brand-new department, creating processes, systems, and procedures that drive efficiency and growth.
 * Engage: Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, building trust and strong relationships.
 * Identify & Promote: Spot opportunities for upgrades and enhancements, and champion Aquabio’s proactive sales approach to maximise value-added solutions.
 * Coordinate: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, collaborating with internal teams for pricing and resources.
 * Track: Monitor campaigns, follow up on quotations, and maintain a clear, organised sales pipeline.
Qualifications
 * Experience: Proven background in after-sales, technical sales, or project support.
 * Drive: Strong customer focus combined with a proactive sales mindset.
 * Confidence: Ability to handle technical enquiries and prepare accurate quotations.
 * Organisation: Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
 * Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long‑term relationships.
 * Commercial: Attention to detail and ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
 * Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, Sage, and new technologies.
