Are you an organised, proactive and people‑focused administrator looking to make a meaningful difference? Plymouth City Council is seeking a Children’s Home Administrator Assistant to join our dedicated residential care team.
This is a vital part-time role supporting the smooth running of the home and ensuring high‑quality support for children, staff and visitors. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming, safe and efficient environment. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Registered Manager and staff team, helping the home to operate smoothly day‑to‑day.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideally we are looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration with confident skills in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience in an administrative environment. Experience of financial systems is beneficial. This also suits candidates who have worked in a customer-facing role.
