Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls Managing meeting room bookings and calendars Sorting mail and handling deliveries Providing general administrative support to the team Manage and update databases Requirements: Previous reception or front of house experience Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
