Our reception team is now recruiting for our busy Summer 2026 season Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a 5 Star, award winning, family owned holiday park located on the Jurassic Coast in Devon.
As part of our reception and reservations team you will be an ambassador for outstanding customer service, face to face and on the phone. You will take holiday bookings and supply information regarding the Park to the general public, clients and customers. Experience within a similar position or within a customer service role is highly desirable.
To include 1 weekend day. 1 late finish per week until 8pm on a Monday or a Friday.
We have full time role of 37.5 hours per week and a part time of 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities;
-Deal swiftly and positively with any customer service queries.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
* Answer the telephone confidently and meet and greet customers.
* General office administration.
* Take bookings and enter them into the Park's system.
* Ensure smooth and efficient check-ins and check–outs following the Company's procedure.
* Take payment in cash and credit/debit card.
* Competently work with the Park's computer programs and ICT equipment.
