The Role

Business Administration Manager - Coventry Building Society Arena - Maternity Cover – 20 hours per week - Competitive salary

Are you an Experienced and Organised Business Administrations Manager?

If so, this might be the role for you!

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Administration Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to provide maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys supporting operations through effective administrative management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the general enquiry inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.

- Support weekly staff rota planning in coordination with relevant team leads.

- Assist the Operations Manager with processing monthly payroll.

- Ensure all training records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.

- Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.

- Provide general administrative support and undertake additional office tasks as required.


What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant administrative systems.

- Knowledge of payroll processes (experience preferred but not essential).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
