As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulations. This full-time role offers salary up to £67, and benefits for 40 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
1. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures while fostering a transparent culture.
3. Enhance staff knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
4. Provide strong leadership and effective people management.
5. Optimise resource deployment for efficient service delivery.
6. Manage financial performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
What we are looking for:
7. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager, Children's Home Manager, Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
8. At least 2 years’ experience working in Children's Homes within recent years, and 1 year of supervisory role.
9. Understanding of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
10. Strong leadership and management skills.
11. Ideally have Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management.
12. Enhanced DBS check.
