We are working with a well-regarded school in Wimborne seeking a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join their team. This role is open to teachers with experience or confident ECTs looking to begin their career in a nurturing environment.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving classroom environment
* Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
* Monitor and assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
You Will Need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* A strong knowledge of the national curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
* A positive, reflective, and professional approach
