Senior People Partner - GTM- (Permanent)

We’re partnering with one of Europe’s most successful fintech scale-ups, who are looking for someone who comes from a strong Sales background to Partner with the Head of Sales to really grow and develop the sales team.

What You’ll Do
* Define and lead the People Strategy roadmap for Sales across European markets
* Partner with Sales leadership to align organisational design, leadership layering, and workforce planning with business growth goals
* Drive operational excellence across onboarding, performance management, and leadership development
* Drive the GTM people strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
* Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leaders to develop high-impact talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
* Lead key people initiatives, including compensation, performance management, and organisational development.
* Develop and implement the Performance Framework, ensuring it drives clarity, accountability, and high performance across all GTM teams.
* Integrate HR processes with commercial and revenue cycles (e.g., performance management aligned with sales quotas, deal cycles, and forecasting).
* Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and coach C-Suite leaders on best practices.
* Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise people-focused solutions.
You’ll Be Great for This Role If
* You bring deep People Partnering and HR leadership expertise, having successfully influenced and delivered impact across multi-country, high-growth organisations
* Proven experience as a People Partner within a scale-up technology or consultancy business.
* Direct experience supporting sales organisations (SDR, AE, RevOps) and an understanding of the complexity of GTM structures.
* You have a proven track record driving people and organisational transformation within dynamic, fast-evolving sales or commercial environments
* You’re an expert in organisational design, talent management, and leadership capability building
* You’re comfortable influencing at VP and Director levels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* You use data and insight to shape decisions and measure impact
* You thrive in an environment of change and growth, bringing resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
* Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian) are a plus
