Offer description

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic Radiology Department as a full-time Cross-Sectional Imaging Assistant, working across both the CT and MRI scanning units.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the CT and MRI departments by preparing patients for their scans. This includes checking safety questionnaires, inserting and removing cannulas, and ensuring patients are ready for their procedures. Full training in cannulation will be provided.

You will work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, assisting Radiographers and Radiologists during procedures, while helping to maintain an efficient workflow throughout the departments.

Additional responsibilities include general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and restocking clinical areas to ensure a safe and organised environment.

This position involves participation in a 7-day service, including 12-hour shifts.

This position is offered on a Bank basis offering you greater flexibility.

Due to the terms of a Bank contract, we are unable to meet the criteria for Skilled Worker sponsorship for visa purposes.

We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
