About The Role
Due to increasing demand, we are seeking flexible and compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bromley and the surrounding areas. We are committed to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, or physical needs to live independently and with dignity.

Due to increasing demand, we are seeking flexible and compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bromley and the surrounding areas. We are committed to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, or physical needs to live independently and with dignity.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in supported living settings, residential care, or within the community. Your role will vary depending on the needs of the people we support, as well as achieving goals set out with input from themselves, you will support with all domestic tasks and meal preparation. You will assist with social activities such as, bowling, swimming, cinema, museums, and shopping trips. Making sure every day is a good day!
Hours
Bank contract only!
Must be flexible and able to work the shift patterns below.
08.00am – 14.00pm, 10.00am – 15.00pm
14.00pm – 20.00pm, 15.00pm – 20.00pm
Sleep in rate £62.42
Rolling 2 week rota, with alternate weekends available.
Location:
The services are located across Bromley and Beckenham. Each providing easy access via close train stations and bus routes.
About You
We’re not looking for any kind of specific experience. It is your personality and values that will make you a good fit for the role and our organisation. We will train and develop you to become a great support worker if you:
* have genuine empathy for the people we support, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through difficult times.
* enjoy teamwork and take pride in getting a job done well alongside your colleagues.
* have excellent face to face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
* have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
