Morgan McKinley is partnering with a globally recognised consumer technology brand to hire a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join their International Content & Social team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in social media, content marketing, PR, or community management who wants to work on customer storytelling, social content, and international marketing campaigns.
You will play a key role in identifying compelling customer stories, supporting global social media teams, coordinating content programmes, and helping bring authentic content to life across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and managing customer stories with strong social and content potential
* Conducting customer outreach and interviews
* Supporting international social media and marketing teams
* Coordinating content approvals, permissions, and asset management
* Creating customer-focused content including blogs, social copy, testimonials, and photo stories
* Tracking content performance and supporting monthly reporting
* Spotting trends and content opportunities across social platforms
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Community Management, PR, or Digital Marketing
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* A genuine interest in storytelling and content creation
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
* Salesforce or CRM experience
* Social media management platforms such as Sprout Social
* Digital Asset Management platforms
* Experience working with customer content, testimonials, influencers, or community programmes
