CBW Staffing Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected fire safety consultancy based in Yeovil, who are looking to appoint a Project Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience within the construction or M&E sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting projects from start to finish.
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
* Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain accurate records and manage project-related correspondence
* Support the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
About You:
* Previous experience as a Project Administrator (or similar role) within construction/M&E
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with project systems/software
