Responsibilities * Processing end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple hospitality sites. * Administering and processing Tronc payments accurately and in line with company procedures. * Ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and within strict deadlines. * Processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP. * Submitting payroll information to HMRC and ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation. * Managing starters, leavers, salary changes, and payroll amendments. * Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies. * Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and management teams. * Supporting pension administration and payroll reporting requirements. * Assisting with continuous improvements to payroll processes and procedures.
