We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Engineering Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Engineering Manager, will be responsible for: * Oversee and manage all Mechanical and Electrical systems on site, ensuring continuous and compliant operation. * Supervise and lead a team of engineers, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in line with performance targets. * Manage and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), including HV SCADA and Schneider systems, as well as site-wide lighting controls. * Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and issue Sanctions to Isolate where required. * Manage the permitting of subcontractors, ensuring all third-party works are compliant and safely integrated into site operations. * Monitor and verify completion of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure performance targets such as KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. * Carry out operational and maintenance duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager, always maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. * Ensure the engineering control room operates effectively, supporting critical site infrastructure and responding to real-time system alerts and escalations. To be successful for this Engineering Manager role you must have: * C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. * C&G 2391 (Inspection and Testing) certification. * Demonstrable experience in facilities or building maintenance, ideally within a large-scale or critical environment. * Experience working with and managing Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and permitting systems. * Hands-on experience with Schneider BMS systems and familiarity with HV SCADA controls. * HV Authorised Person status is desirable. * Awareness of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations is desirable. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive high standards in safety, compliance, and service delivery. * Must be eligible to undergo and pass Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for access to secure environments.
