Your new role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will focus on developing client relationships within the technology sector. You will lead by example, managing a portfolio of clients, engaging with new and lapsed clients, and building partnerships through meetings, networking events, and presentations. You will analyze client and sales data using Hays' internal systems to identify opportunities and potential new business. This role is primarily client-facing and supported by recruitment partners responsible for candidate sourcing and job management.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of successful recruitment experience with a proven sales record, preferably within the technology sector. You should possess strong business development skills, commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and be committed to team targets. Experience in presenting, negotiating, and managing client expectations is essential.
