We are recruiting a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Italian speaking) to join our growing Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities
* Participate in all aspects of sales, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or other channels.
* Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
* Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
* Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
* Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
* Ensure all non‑cancellable, non‑returnable orders are processed.
* Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
* Achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
* Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
* Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
Qualifications
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Strong computer proficiency, comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Confident, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
* Proven experience in sales or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding of the sales cycle.
* Relevant degree (desirable).
