Join Shepherd Neame as a Bar Team Member
Shepherd Neame is seeking enthusiastic Bar Team Members to join our team. If you love hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Located in Bearstead, near Maidstone, the Oak on the Green is set on one of England's most picturesque village greens. Established in 1665, the pub has hosted notable visitors such as Baroness Orczy and Kent cricketer Tich Freeman. Today, it is celebrated for its use of local produce and its diverse menu featuring British and Mexican cuisine.
At Shepherd Neame, we believe first impressions matter. You will play a vital role in welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.
If you lack previous hospitality experience, don't worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess the qualities we seek, we will provide training to equip you with the necessary skills.
