Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Damp Surveyor for a client in Greenwich.
You'll conduct property surveys, diagnose condensation and damp issues, and recommend remedial actions.
This is a full time, temporary role offering £38 to £42 per hour Umbrella LTD (£30.30 to £33.40 per hour PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose damp, condensation, and mould issues and their impact on tenants.
2. Understand building structures and specify remedial works.
3. Use diagnostic equipment and seasonal monitoring.
4. Produce drawings, floor plans, and specifications for improvement works.
5. Supervise work completion, ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
6. Manage external resources and respond to complaints or feedback.
Requirements:
7. Experienced in damp diagnosis and building faults.
8. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues.
9. Good communication and project management skills.
