Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Used Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
* Achieve a minimum of 50 used car units sold per month, improving current performance from approximately 40 units
* Operate within an acceptable stock level and optimise car availability
* Implement and refine sales policies in collaboration with senior management to enhance profitability
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and referral business
* Maximise sales opportunities through vehicle, finance, insurance, and accessory sales
* Ensure efficient forecourt management and control costs effectively
Requirements
* Proven management experience within a franchised, high‑volume used car dealership
* Demonstrable success in leading underperforming teams to achieve and exceed targets
* Solid background in vehicle sales, with a strong understanding of finance and insurance products
* Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead by example within a fast‑paced sales environment
* Clean UK driving licence with minimal points
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and process improvement
